Premier Club CheckingNo monthly service charge will be imposed if you maintain a minimum balance of $2,500.00 in this account or a minimum balance of $2,500.00 in a Savings Plan, Money Market Checking or Time Deposit. If the minimum balance requirements are not met, the service charge will be $7.50 for the month. The minimum balance requirement and service charge are waived for persons 62 and older.

Membership Options
You may also qualify to become a Premier Club menber when you maintain a $2,500.00 minimum balance in a Statement Savings, Money Market Checking, Certificate of Deposit or Individual Retirement Account.

If you are age 62 or older...to qualify for Premier Club membership you need only maintain one of the following:

• $50.00 minimum balance in a Statement Savings
• $1,000.00 minimum balance in a Money Market Checking.
• $1,000.00 minimum balance in a Certificate of Deposit or Individual Retirement Account.

If the $50.00 minimum balance is not maintained in the Statement Savings, the service charge will be $1.00 for that month.

If the $1,000 minimum balance is not maintained in the Money Market Checking, the service charge will be $5.00 plus $0.25 per check/withdrawal for that month.
